It is our mission to help you do whatever you want to do better by realizing your core strength through Pilates and other conditioning methods that use the best tool available to you, your body, and to integrate a new approach to fitness into your life style, creating greater opportunities for excellence.
Kona Core Pilates principal massage therapist is Regina Cristino.  She is a 23-year practicing massage therapist and 16 year Pilates instructor certified in injury and medical rehabilitation, neuromuscular, joint mobilization and myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, reflexology and craniosacral treatment, assisting the individual in regaining their soft tissue health and function, help reduce stress and bring the body into deep relaxation, enabling total body rejuvenation.

Eva Hegge Wilder has been studying the body for over 25 years.  She was introduced to Pilates while recovering from a dance injury, and later turned to the method to supplement her dance training.  Having recovered with a stronger body and sounder mind, she completed her full certification with Pilates Sports Center and has been teaching since 2006.  Impressed by the strength, health, and intelligence of these movement systems, Eva sought out the GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM® and completed certification in 2011.  She is inspired by the visible transformations in her clients and the profound change that both the Pilates and GYROTONIC® methods have brought to her dancing and her everyday experience. Additionally, Eva has completed Level II training in Craniosacral Therapy through the Upledger Institute, and is a Level 1 Reiki practitioner. Her work is further informed by studies in anatomy, the neuromuscular system, yoga and somatics.  Eva has experience working with a wide range of injuries, abilities and ages.  She creates challenging workouts that encourage clients to new levels of awareness and strength in their bodies by focusing on breath, alignment and biomechanics. She values the body for its innate ability to heal and to provide insight into the self.  She brings her passion for movement and excitement over the connection between mind, body and spirit, into her teaching.
